All product imagery is for reference and may vary slightly due to lighting, production, or material finishes.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the issue and packaging

Damage claims are reviewed case by case.

Approval of a damage claim does not guarantee:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Store credit

Resolution will be determined at our discretion based on inventory availability and the nature of the issue.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or technical issues.

By completing checkout, you authorize SAVI to charge your selected payment method for the full order total.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SAVI is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD

Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Permanent ban from future purchases
