At SAVI, all products are released in limited quantities and fulfilled with care. Please review the following shipping information before placing an order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after purchase, unless otherwise stated for a specific drop.

During high-demand drops, processing times may vary. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times are estimates only and begin once your order has been processed.

Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier and are not guaranteed.

SAVI is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High-volume drop periods

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Shipping method selected

  • Order size and weight

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Any additional charges imposed by the destination country

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

SAVI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned to us due to address issues may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, SAVI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend shipping to a secure location.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

All damage claims are reviewed case by case and resolution is not guaranteed.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
